Declaration Cartier: My Personal Journey With A Timeless Citrus Scent Since 2017

In early 2017, when preparing for a Caribbean trip with the company I worked for as an unmotivated salesperson, I started taking Carter Declaration Edt seriously.

As a child, I have a hazy memory of smelling or hearing about Cartier Declaration in the 90s. It could be a false memory, but who knows? In the early days of my fascination with perfumes, I didn’t pay much attention to this classic created by Jean Claude Ellena. Why? It may be because the allure of the new always catches our attention, so I probably got swept up by a fragrance launched just the other week.

While I had read about its famous cumin note that reminds us of our private odors, I had never considered it seriously. Out of curiosity, I tried it in a mall, and the next day I ordered a giant bottle that I still own and wear.

My Story With Declaration Cartier

My 2017 Declaration Cartier Bottle Going Strong

I won’t write a traditional perfume review describing Declaration middle notes, its delicious cardamom, and bitter orange smell, or explain its woody floral musk fragrance. There are other places where you can find that information.

What I can tell you is that every day I used Cartier Declaration, I fell a little more in love with it. Why? Because I believe it’s a perfect citrus fragrance, and it’s better than 95% of the fresh scents money can buy

As a chameleon, Cartier Declaration adapts to the weather or occasion. During my corporate career, it made me smell clean and radiated an air of elegance without being overbearing. Additionally, it is ideal in my private life since I know I will smell fresh and masculine for approximately six to eight hours.

Who Do I See Wearing Declaration Cartier

I see a 25-45-year-old executive using Declaration. Someone who is devoted to his career and has poured himself into some critical goal. Whether you go to the supermarket or wish to captivate your future spouse, no matter what you do with this scent, it always fulfills its purpose. It depends on the day.

Whether you buy it or not is up to you. As far as I am concerned, Cartier Declaration is a masterpiece.

Declaration Cartier is one of the best summer colognes.

I've been obsessed with fragrances for over a decade. I have sold fragrances for a living and written about them in places like Fragrantica and Scentbird. Here I recommend my favorites to make the world a better-smelling place.
